Description
Blanc de Noir has become a real trend wine in recent years. To make it, red Pinot Noir grapes are harvested, pressed as gently as possible and then the juice is immediately separated from the skins. As the red pigment is mainly found in the grape skin, this method produces a white wine from dark grapes (French: “blanc de noir”)
Our Blanc de Noir impresses with its delicately fruity nose, reminiscent of sour cherry and ripe mirabelle plum. With its pleasantly mild acidity and a hint of residual sugar, the wine has a wonderful mouthfeel, making it the perfect everyday companion, whether as an aperitif or with a meal.
Vinification method: Fermentation and maturation in chilled stainless steel tanks.
