Description
This Frühburgunder Blanc de Noir has a wonderfully fruity bouquet and smells of red berries such as raspberry and cherry.
Thanks to the gentle whole-cluster pressing, this wine is wonderfully elegant and pleasantly mild on the palate. A slight acidity accompanies the wonderful fruit aromas and gives the wine the perfect tension. Due to the high coloring content of the Frühburgunder grapes, the wine remains slightly salmon-colored at the end of the maturation process.
Vinification method: Fermentation and maturation in cooled stainless steel tanks
