The heart of the estate: the wine cellar

Red wines mature for up to two years in our cellar before being ready to enjoy. White wines
can leave the barrel in the year they were made. After manual picking and mashing, the red
wines are matured in oak barrels holding between 228 and 1,000 litres.

It is cool in the cellar, the barrels are not moved in order not to disturb the wine’s maturation process. After they have matured, the wines are gently bottled using the latest bottling equipment, labelled and incorporated into the range.

Dine and taste among the barrels

The heated, romantically lit cellar creates an inviting setting in which to accommodate 10 to 30 people for a very special wine tasting. This inspiring setting, where the region’s acknowledged gastronomes assemble at the table, ensures that any celebration or business function will be a complete success.
