Description
From our Pinot noir précoce vines which are up to 40 years old, very dry, ruby red burgundy,
with pronounced fruit aromas, predominantly restrained dark berries and subtle tannin
structure.
Vinification method: Classic mash fermentation, matured 12 months in barrique
