Description
Blanc de Noir has become a real trend wine in recent years. To make it, red Pinot Noir grapes are harvested, pressed as gently as possible and then the juice is immediately separated from the skins. As the red pigment is mainly found in the grape skin, this method produces a white wine from dark grapes (French: “blanc de noir”).
With our off-dry Blanc de Noir, we bring the full taste of Pinot Noir with the fruit of a white wine into the glass. The whole is accompanied by a subtle acidity and a present yet restrained residual sweetness.
