2023 Ahr Pinot blanc Quality wine, off-dry

Description

This Pinot Blanc has a delicately fruity bouquet and a mild acidity structure.

The nose is reminiscent of yellow fruit and a hint of elderflower and immediately brings to mind spring and flowering meadows. The fine fruit aromas are accompanied by a hint of residual sugar and the mild acidity is not dominant but pleasantly invigorating.

All in all, a real pleasure to drink and one of our classics in the range.

Vinification method: Fermentation and maturation in chilled stainless steel tanks.
